1. Acceptance

By accessing or using EtsyRank AI at etsyrank.shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

EtsyRank AI provides an AI-powered SEO optimization tool for Etsy listings. You submit your listing content (title, tags, description) and receive an SEO-optimized version generated by artificial intelligence.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI-generated suggestions are recommendations, not guarantees. We do not guarantee any specific SEO ranking, traffic, or sales outcome.

3. Account & Authentication

• Free tier: No account required. Rate-limited to 3 rewrites per hour per IP.
• Pro tier: Requires sign-in via 6-digit email code (OTP) and a paid Pro subscription.
• You are responsible for keeping your Pro token secure. Do not share it publicly.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Payment is processed by Creem. We do not store your credit card details.
• Subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from the Creem Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future billing; the current paid period remains active until expiry.

5. Refunds

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund on Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, email [email protected] within 7 days of your initial purchase and we will refund your payment in full.

After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law. We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds for extenuating circumstances.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service to generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the service.
• Circumvent rate limits (e.g. via multiple IPs, VPNs for abuse, bots).
• Resell or redistribute the AI-generated output as part of a competing service.
• Use the service to spam, phish, or conduct fraudulent activities.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated suggestions will improve your Etsy search ranking, traffic, or sales. Etsy's algorithm is proprietary and changes without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ETSYRANK AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. For Pro subscribers, you may also cancel your subscription via the Creem Customer Portal.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via the homepage banner. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
